Surfaces in resin or cement often endure particularly intense use, that, after some time, may cause abrasions and minute cracks. Preserving the aesthetic and functional aspects of such particular and valuable coatings demands correct cleaning and attentive maintenance. The solutions, commonly found on the market, designed for other materials, incur the risk of producing negative effects on resin surfaces, whose chemical and mechanical properties require a special approach. ErreLAB presents its new line of products for maintenance, which has been specifically designed for the ordinary cleaning, deep degreasing and protective waxing of resin and cement floors and walls. A dedicated range of highly effective, tested compounds, designed for taking care of, protecting and exalting resin finishes.

Prepare a solution composed of 200 ml of R881 NEUTRAL CLEANER per each litre of water and wash carefully the surface with a piece of nonwoven fabric or microfibre fabric.
For cleaning vast surfaces use the same solution with a cleaning/drying machine equipped with soft brushes or “WHITE/RED” pads.
R881 NEUTRAL CLEANER
does not contain strong acids or alkali, alcohol, ammonia or bleach. It has a pleasant smell and creates an anti-static effect against the dust.
In-depth degreasing of any kind of surfaces for removing oils, fats, inks, paints, smog, soot, footprints and adhesives. Preparatory degreasing of cement or tiled surfaces before the application of resins. Removing wax from waxed surfaces.
Prepare a solution composed of 100-200 ml of R882 ALKALINE CLEANER per each litre of water and wash carefully the surface with a piece of nonwoven fabric or microfibre fabric, leaving the solution for several minutes to act in depth.
The surfaces washed with R882 ALKALINE CLEANER need to be rinsed only in case of heavy dirt, otherwise, just remove the dissolved dirt with a piece of dry cloth or a paper towel before rinsing.
For cleaning vast surfaces use the same solution with a cleaning/drying machine equipped with medium-soft brushes or “GREEN” pads. It is advisable to make the first passage without drying the liquid, then, after a short span of time, make a second passage setting the machine to clean/dry. Extraordinary cleaning is usually followed by applying a temporary layer of R891 SPECIAL GLOSSY WAX or R892 SPECIAL OPAQUE WAX.
If you intend to subsequently apply one of ErreLAB’s TOP-CLEAR finishes, it is advisable to use R882 ALKALINE CLEANER with a high-speed (400 rpm) mechanical sweeper, equipped with a “BLACK” pad

To mend and protect the finished surfaces from micro cracks, scratches and dents that may appear after a normal use cycle, ErreLAB maintenance waxes may be used. ErreLAB’s Special Waxes allow to easily mend, refresh and protect the surfaces without the need to recoat them with ErreLAB TOP-CLEAR finish.
ErreLAB’s Waxes are ready-to-use, all you need is to spread the wax over the surface in a uniform layer with a soft wax spreader. Apply at least two coats of product with an interval of 20/30 min, as the first coat needs dry completely before the second is applied. Everyday maintenance of a waxed floor must be done exclusively with the use of ErreLAB’s R881 NEUTRAL CLEANER.
When a whole surface needs to be mended, ErreLAB wax must be removed using R882 ALKALINE CLEANER thinned with 50% of water. To obtain the necessary grade of gloss, GLOSSY WAX
may be mixed with OPAQUE WAX in any desired proportion. It is advisable to check how the wax looks when spread on the floor by running a series of preliminary tests.
