MIXTURE OF PIGMENTS IN AQUEOUS DISPERSION

Toner characterised by its binding agent, composed of a mixture polymeric of moisturisers and dispersing agents.

Compatible with water-based resins in solution, dispersion or emulsion.
ColorLAB Toner R731 Series aqueous dispersions are produced with a high concentration of pigment, a low content of binding agent and a minimum quantity of moisturisers and dispersing agents, which do not alter the properties and the physical and chemical resistance of the resulting paint film.
The total absence of glycols and resins in this series of toners yields eco-compatible final products with a high tolerance level towards a vast range of water-based resins. Indeed, the mix of binding agents used for dispersing and powdering the pigments has been conceived with the double purpose of avoiding the flaking of the pigment and, at the same time, of giving it the maximum possible compatibility with most of the resin compounds that exist on the market.

BICOMPONENT (A+B)

Bicomponent (A+B) coloured “ant-shrinkage” epoxy mortar. The shipping package includes:

• “A” part – A compound consisting of epoxy resins, inert aggregates containing quartz according to the size distribution curve, pigments and additives

• “B” part – An amine hardener

The mortar, obtained by mixing parts A and B, is paste-like and is not subject to shrinkage and spillage. A rapid increase in resistance to various effects is produced, reaching a great level of mechanical resistance.

BICOMPONENT (A+B)

Bicomponent (A+B) solvent-free epoxy adhesive filler. The product is based on epoxy resins and amine-polyamide hardeners and has been specifically designed for the ease of use (the 2 components are mixed in equal proportions). It is not subject to shrinkage and does not easily tend to form runs. When hardened, it can be sanded and polished.
